Service Engineer

The Service Engineer (RAD) is responsible to provide technical field service support, installation and commissioning, customer training, and preventive maintenance in Malaysia in order to satisfy the needs of our customers through high technical knowledge and unsurpassed reliability.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to coordinate projects which include troubleshooting, installation, testing and commissioning, preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of all Bayer Radiology products
• Key Coordinator with distributors on new project installation and responsible for all Centargo model services related.
• Provide operational in-service training (lead) to end-users, when necessary, across all models of Radiology devices (Centargo, Stellant-1st phase)
• Maintain and lead an efficient administration and installation base, customer service support processes, service PM schedule
• Responsible to build and sell service contracts to customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships and communication with end-users, OEM, and hospital BME teams.
• Must follow and adhere to all company processes and procedures outlined and require for GDPMDS/ISO certification
• Complete required administrative duties and functions that are associated with job responsibilities.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Diploma in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related field
• Min 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the Radiology healthcare industry
• Strong contacts with good relationships in Radiology industry
• Customer-orientated and team player,
• Excellent knowledge of all necessary tools
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including excellent English skills (spoken & written)
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Positive attitude
