Location : Miri, Sarawak Job Scopes : - Report directly to the Service Manager on all matters relating to the Service Operation, both on or off side. - Ensure that HSE standards are observed and kept at the highest level and all policies in respect of HSE are implanted to the full. - Interpret technical documentation and other reference materials to determine servicing requirements, processing procedures and local purchase items. - Issue for approval the Purchase Requisition (PR) \xe2\x80\x93 local purchases - for servicing work. - Review and ensure that Job Transmittal sheets are issued to the shop floor for service activities once all goods have arrived. Ensure all the goods released to the shopfloor has been properly inspected and released by the quality personnel. - Ensure that all required service jobs are attended to, with customer calls, site visit & issues well planned, executed and resolved at all times. - Provide documentation and certifications required for work, such as JSA and statement of work. - Control costs and work within prepared budget. - Evaluate and capitalize on new tooling performance, techniques and life span and reducing tooling cost. - Resolve / trouble-shoot manufacturing /assembly and services problems encountered at the site - Implement quality records, procedures and systems. Requirements : - Relevant experience in service environment - Possess knowledge in control valves / safety valves / regulators / level transmitters
