Job Description

The Service Engineer will be responsible to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain aerial work platforms (AWP) and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWP), ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. The role involves diagnosing hydraulic and electrical issues, interpreting technical drawings, conducting repairs, and providing operator training.

• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on AWP and MEWP equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical issues; carry out repairs, upgrades, and minimize downtime.
• Interpret technical drawings and maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
• Conduct operator training sessions and routine safety inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide on-site technical support and collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment functionality.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations during all service activities.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies.
• Travel occasionally across AME region for service assignments.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in reading and creating technical drawings (AutoCAD or similar).

• Ability to conduct training and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
