To serve and to assist the customer in matter related to all technical issues.
To
deliver training
to the customer when required.
Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
Report and escalate
all observed incidents, irregularities that occur through proper operational escalation points.
Perform
preparation, installation and commissioning
of machines.
Provide feedback
to divisions on customer's experience, division, products quality issue and any improvement suggestion.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Min 1 year working experience in service and fresh graduates with keen interest will be considered as training is provided.
Able to work under minimum supervision, resourceful and self-motivated.
Computer literate is a compulsory.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English language and the local language.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Applicant should have full working rights in Malaysia.
