Job description
Responsibilities:
Responsible to lead the technical team for servicing maintenance issue and customer complaint
Perform preventive maintenance service according to schedule for all equipment
To serve and assist the customer in matter related to all technical issue
Provide technical / products training and basic user training as needed
Identify and analyze equipment failures, replace and repair equipment as needed
To Handle PPM services & contract services of various bio-med devices
Maintaining excellent rapport and healthy working relationship with customer
Preparing services & commissioning report at site after job has been completed
Requirements:
Priotize Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Biomedical) or its equivalent experience in similar capacity, preferably in the medical industry
Minimum Two (2) years working experience in related field
Independent, good interpersonal, communication with analytical problem, solving skills, self-motivated person, result-oriented and a team player
Computer literate
Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia
Possess own transport & willing to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
