Sound interesting Then come and join our Siemens Healthineers Malaysia team as Service Engineer to perform technical oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and managing these tasks. Your tasks and responsibilities: You will complete broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customers equipment and systems among others (after PM100) You will determines priorities of tasks and actions plan schedule measures accordingly You will support customers remotely / onsite and provide 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues You will conduct the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment. processes and data repositories You will execute activities for estimation, planning and review of technical tasks in support of overall project acquisition, negotiation ,planning and management(partly before PM100) You adhere to relevant process and regulations You will require to manage sub-contractors and monitor delivery You will involve in technical design and developments for service offerings To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/services/customer-services Your qualifications and experiences: You hold a successfully completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent You have experience in service, maintenance in a healthcare industry You have at least 5 years of working experiences You must a strong IT background and exposure You must be well versed in Windows Operating Systems & Virtual Machines(VM) Your personality and skills: You are a strong communicator Your ability to build sound working relationships internally and with Customers will ensure success in this role You are proficient in English both written and spoken Our global team: We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare to help improve people's lives around the world.
