Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree , Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Strong project management skills
• Good leadership and interpersonal skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, resolving issues, doing quality assurance check
• manages team & ensure team objectives are being carried out
• displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards & practices, including product details & company services offered.
• Monitoring and review work schedule on service & repair work for maintenance team
• identify the root maintenance issues, develop ideas and propose solutions in the technical report.
• Prepare quotation, technical report, follow up, data analysis & summarizing collected data, provide regular reports to management.
• Offer good customer services, including maintaining customer relationship & ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services & taking care of any customer concern or complaints quickly & professionally.
