Job Description
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong focus in providing customer-oriented service.
- Willing to learn and to be trained.
- Advantageous to have working experience in semiconductor tools and equipment.
- Prefer hands-on person can work independently and drive for solution
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work over-time & outstation as per project requirements, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to project location.
- Fluency in speaking, reading & writing Mandarin is highly desirable as you may need to communicate with Taiwan HQ
- Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
- Based in Bayan Lepas, Penang
- Perform on-site servicing and troubleshooting for tool and equipment.
- Perform on-site installation, scheduled maintenance for tool and equipment.
- Attend to customer service calls.
- Prepare parts and service quotation.
- Prepare internal and external service report.
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stocks on hand and smooth operations.
- Ensure customer satisfactory in-service support.
