Job Responsibilities:
Able to work on public holiday, split shift and overtime.
Provide courteous and efficient food & beverage services to the customers (greet, records orders, and serve).
Attend to customers' need promptly & professionally.
Handling complaints with positive attitude and escalate to superior.
Performing table setting, general housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Assist to oversee the club's food hygienic SOP, rules & regulations.
Have basic knowledge of food & beverage, customer service skill, safety guideline, teamwork.
Handling Point-Of-Sales (POS) systems as necessary.
Undertake other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirement:
Minimum SPM.
Minimum 1 year working experience.
Able to speak in English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin.
Good communication skill and strong interpersonal skills.
Have a pleasant and outgoing personality.
Responsible, honest and possess good problem-solving skills.
