Key Responsibilities
Supervise, lead, and train all front-of-house (FOH) staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints
Prepare staff schedules and manage daily shift assignments
Train new and existing staff on service standards and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
Coordinate with the sushi bar and kitchen team for smooth service flow
Monitor service SOPs and continuously improve service efficiency
Assist with cashiering and basic administrative reporting

Requirements
Experience as a Supervisor or Manager in F&B (Japanese restaurant experience is an advantage)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Must have valid work authorisation in Malaysia
