Roles and Responsibility

  • Know fully & perform BAU within TAT without error guided by operation procedures, standards, guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high quality services to customers through meeting or exceeding customer expectation guided by the Service Level Agreement, efficiency/accuracy standards and good business processes/judgement.
  • Ensure awareness and full compliance of all laid down rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, practices and code of conduct imposed by the Company/Group.
  • Manage the operational risk of the team to avoid operational/reputation losses and ensure awareness and full compliance of all laid down rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, practices and code of conduct imposed by the Company/Group.
  • Control sample testing results have nil over-due and thematic issues are address along with Unit Manager.
  • Follow up on corrective/preventive actions to a point where concerns arising from these findings are addressed to a satisfactory level.
  • Ensure due care and diligence is exercised on day to day operational matters relating to Money Laundering and KYC, acquiring relevant knowledge and training; thus, providing support to superiors and subordinates.
  • Continue to seek improvement in self, team & operational processes to achieve service and performance excellence.
  • Ensure full compliance of all laid down rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, practices and code of conduct imposed by the Company/Group.
  • Accuracy, TAT & Productivity, employee scorecard are key measurables.
  • Support and contribute to the Team\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.
  • Support in identifying transformational opportunities and building efficiencies
  • Contribute in managing operating cost and headcount numbers as per allocated budget.
  • Contribute in Operational Risk Management to avoid any operational and/or reputational losses to the Company/Group.
  • Developing team members to achieve the desired level of productivity and competency.
  • Support the roll-out of appropriate quality management systems and other initiatives by the Company/Group.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in Banking Operations.
