Service Leader - Front Office (Rooms Controller)

Shangri-La Tanjung Aru, Kota Kinabalu. Sabah.

DUTIES

  • Responsible to administer the rooms\' inventory and ensuring guests\' requests and preferences are met.
  • Work on a partnership with the Housekeeping Rooms Controller to ensure smooth running of rooms preparation.
  • Supervises front office receiptionist as well as performing receiptionist task as and when required by check-in/check-out guests at the receiptiont counter.
REQUIREMENT
  • Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management or equivalent with minimum 1 year working experience at similar capacity.
  • Guest oriented and pleasant personality with good knowledge and skills in customer relations.
  • Proficient command in oral and written in English, command of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • A responsible person that can be counted upon to deliver results under minimal supervision.
