• Perform the day-to-day IT support to ensure all problems/incidents are resolved in a timely manner.
• Perform systems backup and restore previous data.
• Provide various business systems support such as OPERA Property Management System (PMS), Infrasys Point of Sales (POS), Microsoft 365, Delphi Sales & Catering, Table Management System (TMS), etc.
• Responsible for system upgrade and project implementation.
• Responsible to ensure latest virus definition files and Microsoft security patches are updated.

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in similar position.
• Knowledgeable in networking, programming, Micro-Fidelio systems, Infrasys POS and Call Accounting System.
• Independent, good problem solving skill and result oriented.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
