Report to Officer.
Prepare and arrange on-site defects inspection for completed projects.
Identify and highlight non-compliance issues to Officer.
Able to build strong relationship with other site personnel on building rectification, maintenance and service.
Prepare report requested by the Management including status of defects rectification works.
To prepare and monitor schedule for maintenance work as per contractual requirement.
Ensure workplace compliance with health and safety requirement.
Continuously improve on existing department work to increase efficiency and raise service and and quality standards.
Job Requirements
Degree / Diploma in
Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, or equivalent
Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin(optional) as role requires to deal with multi speaking clients
Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
