Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Service Manager (Agriculture Machinery)
to lead our service operations team. The ideal candidate will oversee workshop performance, ensure high-quality maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery and drive customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily service operations, including scheduling, job allocation, and quality control. Lead and motivate a team of mechanics. Monitor service turnaround time and ensure compliance with company standards. Provide technical guidance, training and support to service staff. Coordinate with Parts and Sales departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions promptly. Prepare service reports, cost analyses and improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
Minimum
five (5) years
of experience in service management, preferably in agricultural or heavy equipment industry. Strong technical knowledge of tractors, harvesters and other agricultural machinery. Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related field is preferred.
