POSITION - SERVICE MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE)
LOCATION - JALAN KAPAR, KLANG
SALARY - RM 5500-8000
Service Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the HQ service workshop (vehicle intake, repair, delivery)
Supervise technicians, schedule manpower, and conduct performance reviews
Handle technical customer issues, warranty claims, and parts requisitions
Ensure high service quality standards and optimize turnaround time
Liaise with manufacturer on technical bulletins and conduct training
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience managing vehicle workshops (LCV experience preferred)
Technical knowledge in engine, diagnostics, chassis, and A/C systems
Experience training technicians and handling customer interactions
Able to read service manuals and use diagnostic tools
Strong sense of responsibility and team leadership
