Join us as Service Manager for the Electrification Business Area where you will be driving profitable growth through the local representation of the Global Business Unit. Overseeing country operations management of the Local Business Unit, including P&L responsibility, Research and Development (R&D), Operations (Production and/or Project management), Supply Chain, Quality, and Operational Excellence. Working collaboratively with Marketing and Sales managers to drive service growth. Reporting to HUB manager and this position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a position with global grade 11 Your responsibilities Implementing the Global Business Unit Strategy in the countries within the area of responsibility, providing input to Global Business Unit strategy Ensuring achievement of established targets through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Delivering operational/project targets to ensure customer satisfaction and improve net promoter score (NPS) Leading and managing the production units as allocated by the Business Unit and implementing local plans to achieve targets. Improving manufacturing technology and competence in line with Business Unit/Product Group strategy Executing the sourcing strategy in line with Business Unit strategy and processes. managing all local SCM requirements to meet targets Executing Business Unit/Product Group operational excellence strategy and quality standards. Driving executional excellence across all products/projects/services and processes through target setting, monitoring, and benchmarking for innovative processes. Maintaining compliance with quality standards and developing systems for capturing, monitoring, and improving day to day operations Collaborating with M&S Manager sales activities within the local unit and collaborating with M&S Manager sales activities within the local unit Implementing HSE and business compliance standards and regulations within the units. Ensuring a safe working environment, continuous HSE improvement process and integrity performance. Personally, lives the ABB values and Group standards Implementing and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution. Sharing functional best practices and lessons learnt across the organization Implementing and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution. Sharing functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization Your background Bachelor\'s degree in electrical and minimum 10years of combine experience in service operation and leadership/management Strong P&L and financial understanding General knowledge of customer products, applications, and processes.
