A Service Manager (Printing Machines) job has become available at one of the international market leaders.

About the Service Manager (Printing Machines) Role:
In this critical role, you will lead and manage the technical service department. You will support the company's goal to serve customers by ensuring comprehensive and professional technical project execution, combining technical, organisational, and managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign service engineers to service projects
• Submit quarterly service forecasts and resource requirements to the Division Manager
• Define and support quarterly and annual targets and KPIs for Service Engineers
• Manage and overview all requests for service
• Keep constantly updated on relevant knowledge, trends, and best practices
• Conduct analyses on target customers and keep the Division Manager and respective sales teams informed about trends, customer needs, interests, and problems
• Visit potential and existing customers where necessary to develop and grow long-term relationships
• Build and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with customers by emphasising the company's comprehensive industrial solutions

To succeed in this Service Manager (Printing Machines) role, you must have prior technical service and managerial experience in servicing equipment in any industry.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering or an equivalent field of study
• At least five years of experience in a service engineer position, preferably with managerial experience
• Customer relationship management experience
• High accountability and ownership to drive closure of action items
• Able to lead changes, a self-starter and able to inspire others
• Highly organised, process driven and analytical in problem solving
• Has a positive approach, self-motivated, a team player and possess high level of integrity
• Application is open to Malaysians and/or candidates with existing right to employment in Malaysia
