• Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team\'s objectives and sales goals are met.
• To be available visits sites to develop/foster a good technical relationship with customer.
• Driving continuous improvement of service project processes, templates, best practices
• Lead, support and develop business and to achieve service business targets.
• Responsible for managing the service contracts at their assigned sites as well as "small" service projects and achieving or improving the LoA\'d gross margin of service contracts and small service projects.
• All service/contract/spare part offer / opportunity must be Coordinate with Bids team.
• Provides customers with exceptional customer service.
• Manage field service and ensure the team goals are met.
• Train the field service engineers in up selling their key products and the importance of customer satisfaction.
• Sets up and maintains service desk.
• Keep closer look at service desk problems and effectively resolve them.
• Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.

• May be involved intechnical design and developments for service offerings.
• May managesub-contractors and monitors delivery.

What You Bring

• A sound engineering degree in Electrical,Electronic, I&C or equivalent
• 7 -10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in I&C sales andmanagement experience may be advantageous.
• Project experience with plant realizationengineering and services

• Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.

• Good in soft skills especially communicationskills in English
• The ability to work under pressure and handlestress.
• Knowledge of Siemens DCS SPPA-T3000 will be aplus.
