To install, service and repair coffee vending machine
To clean & maintain vending machine and replenish materials
Provide service and customer support during field visit
Respond efficiently to customer report or breakdown
Coordinate and liaise with technical team on the technical requirement and troubleshooting the machine
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U
Can start work immediately.
Able to work 6 working days a week.
Required skills: Microsoft Office and basic computer knowledge.
Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details.
Ability to work independently.
Positive attitude and responsible character.
Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
Must have a valid motorcycle license - as the candidate needs to travel by motorcycle
