Job Description

The

Service Order Administrator

plays a key role in supporting post-sales operations by managing

RMA service requests, order processing, and customer billing

activities. This role ensures accuracy and efficiency in customer service transactions, contributing to a seamless experience for both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities



Manage post-sales service activities, including RMA processing, service billing, and repair/replacement coordination. Verify customer and order details for accuracy and ensure compliance with internal booking policies. Maintain and update the

Install Base

for customer assets. Perform customer master data maintenance -- including account setup, data cleansing, and updates. Collaborate with the

Field Service Team

to handle incoming service requests, parts orders, and delivery inquiries. Liaise with

shipping and logistics teams

to monitor and track shipment status. Manage escalations for urgent customer cases and down-system situations. Enter all service orders into the

ERP system

promptly and maintain proactive communication with customers. Provide order status updates and tracking information to both internal and external stakeholders. Resolve backlog issues, including order holds, configuration discrepancies, and PO requirements. Support

month-end and quarter-end closing

to meet corporate and regional financial goals. Participate in process improvement and departmental projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum

4 years of experience

in

Customer Service or Order Management

roles within a complex or multinational environment. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to operational excellence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

; experience with

Oracle

and

Salesforce.com

is an added advantage. Must be able to

work US hours and weekends

when required to support global operations.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
