Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the service planning manager in the analysis of regional service activities and parts P&L. Responsibilities include managing parts and pricing related requests, as well as maintaining the information database to ensure a seamless purchase process. Take part in projects in line with achieving financial and business objectives. Interaction with internal customers and inter-departmental functions will be required on a regular basis.

Admin management

  • Ensure standards in the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities ad office equipment/assets and ensuring all the office is well maintained, insured.
  • Act as point of contact for facilities maintenance. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues. Coordinate with related parties on the office maintenance matter.
  • Deal with contracts\xe2\x80\x99 expenses, administrative matters such as vendor service and other related matters.
  • Establish and maintain an organized documentation control process that ensures efficient storage and retrieval of information.
  • Managing procurement of company
  • Monitor the cleaner\xe2\x80\x99s service and office cleanliness
Spare Part pricing management
  • Act as a pricing and information desk to establish a single point of contact (SPoC) by managing parts information and pricing related requests from internal customers
  • Support seamless parts purchase process by maintaining the pricing database in SAP, in line with new product launches and superseded parts for existing products
  • Analyze spare part sales and its P&L to identify trends and irregularities
  • Communicate with SCM and Marketing team on regular basis
Event coordination management
  • Involve in planning and organization of important event for Regional Service & Support
  • Assist Regional Technical Support in organization of trainings and workshop
  • Communicate with attendees for the preparation of the event on necessary basis
  • Communicate with hotel and suppliers on necessary basis
Others
  • Assist in monthly departmental account closing
  • Assist in ISO documentation requirements and preparation
  • Assist in planning and coordinate ad hoc project assigned by superior
  • Assist Company Corporate Governance & Compliance dept. related to door access listing
  • Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field
  • Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
