Department Operations

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Daily Reporting:

Update and maintain daily sales reports to deliver real-time performance insights to the team. Ensure all documentation and reports are organized and up to date for effective decision-making.

Application Review:

Evaluate online applications for onboarding new partners as SPX service points. Verify submitted information and collaborate with the team to facilitate the onboarding process for new service point partners.

Team Communication

:Work closely with the sales team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all lead submissions

Acquisition performance

Deep dive on each hotspot for better identification of hotspot categorization such as dead zones

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other data management tools. * Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
