: Develop a service point acquisition and retention strategy Oversee 15+ service point sales, onboarding, and QA/QC teams to acquire and manage service point partners/franchises and ensure the success of network KPIs (coverage and quality) Oversee KAM and partner support team to manage volume and assist partner service level and experiences Coordinate with other operations departments (First miles, CX, recovery, and others) to ensure service point operations are optimized and SLAs KPIs are achieved Assist in end-to-end implementation of projects aligned with strategic objectives Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs/ pain points to scope up their problems and enhance internal processes through automation to improve productivity Communicate strategic recommendations based on insights to our business leaders in clear and illustrative presentations and dashboards Requirements: 5-8 years of experience in business analyst-related roles analyzing large data sets and informing company strategy A Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Software, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Knowledge in SQL is a plus Experience in logistics, delivery, or ecommerce in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment is a plus Problem solver: When dealing with complex business problems, you are ready to solve them. You are able to assess the problem, find a creative and effective solution, and employ the tactics and tools to resolve the situation in a timely manner
