• Drive and achieve on set service target for maintenance business.
• Drive and achieve on set service target for repairing business.
• Create system checking report for warranty and over warranty service.
• Explore replacement market for VRV/VRF.
• Assist in overall management of the branch service team to ensure set targets are met and initiatives are successfully implemented (i.e.: warranty claims, response time, customer satisfaction).

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/ E&E Engineering studies or any other related discipline
• Preferably possess knowledge in air conditioning & have good presentation skill
• Highly self-motivated, solution provider, outgoing and sporting personality
• Communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Added advantage if with CAD drawing knowledge
• Possess own car
