Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
Drive
service sales
growth by securing new and renewal maintenance contracts with a strong customer-centric approach.
Manage
after-sales activities
including warranty, spare parts, and accessories sales (e.g., key duplication, card encoding, etc.).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to identify and convert new maintenance opportunities.
Achieve quarterly and yearly
revenue and margin objectives
for assigned solutions.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Prepare accurate
sales forecasts
and actively manage the sales funnel with regular pipeline reviews.
Conduct compelling
product presentations and demonstrations
to potential customers.
Handle commercial and contractual changes during project execution in coordination with internal teams.
Ensure
timely payment collection
within approved terms.
Key Competencies:
Good knowledge of the Company's products and service offerings.
Experienced level of selling, sales forecast and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of the market and competitors. Anticipates possible developments at competitors and takes timely decisions to protect and/or strengthen the market position.
Experienced level of customer relationship management skills. Ability to anticipate needs, sell and build customer base.
Ability to prepare data sets for analysis, simulation and forecasting for Monthly Performance Review with Management team.
Entrepreneur spirit to be able to drive new and creative initiatives for both recovery and growth initiatives
High collaboration with multiple teams across the business.
Excellent communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external stakeholders/ customers
Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Sales driven, results-oriented and a team player.
Qualification and Experiences:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering) and Business Management with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in security, construction and building environment.
Proven sales track record in Service sales in building material industry for experienced candidates
