The Service Supervisor for the Home Inspection Malaysia (HIM) Business Unit is responsible for leading the sales and service teams, ensuring that business goals are met through effective sales strategies, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, customer service excellence, and team leadership to drive growth and maintain high standards in client satisfaction.
(a) Leadership and Supervision:
Manage and supervise the sales and service teams for the business unit, providing guidance, support and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development that align with company goals and performance standards.
(b) Sales Strategy:
Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and expanding the client base. Monitor sales performance, set targets, and guide the team to achieve sales objectives.
(c) Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly and ensuring that all service commitments are fulfilled to the highest standards.
(d) Service Quality:
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by overseeing the service team's performance, providing training and guidance where necessary. Address and resolve any client complaints or issues effectively.
(e) Performance Monitoring:
Regularly evaluate the performance of sales and service teams, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
(f) Training and Development:
Organize and conduct training sessions for the sales and service teams to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and understanding of industry regulations and standards.
(g) Operational Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication across the business unit.
(h) Reporting:
Prepare and present reports on sales and service performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
(i) Compliance:
Ensure that all sales and service activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
