Ensure that Work In Progress (WIP) tasks are completed and closed (invoiced) within the stipulated timeframe. Additionally, ensure that upon invoicing, the car is collected promptly, payment is settled, and credit debtors are closely followed up.
Assist the superior in achieving a Net Promoter Score (NPS) above the national average target by compiling a list of all customers who service their cars at the branch and following up on their surveys to obtain a sufficient sample for the NPS survey.
Engage with and assist the superior in driving and executing technical or recall campaigns initiated by the Principal.
Ensure that customers provided by the Principal are contacted to bring their cars to the branch and that the cars are attended to according to the given guidelines.
Review the Service and Repair Incentive for customers before it expires, and call those customers to the branch for a thorough vehicle check before their warranty expires, promoting an extended warranty package or recommending a second purchase.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Professional Experience * 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 related working experience.
