Requirements

• Possess certificate or diploma in any field of engineering with basic mechanical or electrical repairs knowledge or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• English or Bahasa Malaysia literacy in both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends on occasion or to adapt to changing work schedules.
• Must be willing to travel outstation and work on-site.
• Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
• Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details.
• Ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and responsible character.
• Prior working experience will be an added advantage.

• We are looking for a self-starter Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases productivity and efficiency.

• Perform maintenance and service tasks by installing, repairing and servicing automatic lubrication systems or products, including assembling and installing components, testing and commissioning completed components and assemblies.
• Tie workflow to schedule, manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Reviewing work orders, specifications, diagrams and drawings to determine materials needed and assembly instructions.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Follow all company\'s filed procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
