Job Description

:

• Support day-to-day machine monitoring and maintenances to ensure smooth business operation
• Attend to breakdown & maintenance complaints promptly
• Carry out installation and commissioning of new equipment and scheduled maintenance works according to the checklist at designated areas / sites
• Perform minor repair & diagnose faults
• Repair, clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machine where required
• Maintain proper record of machines & machine service history
• Perform ad hoc or other jobs as assigned by the engineer
• Assist Lead Engineers to review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintenance program
• Obtaining, designing special component, fixture, fittings

• Have a diploma/ certificate related to Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or other related field or equivalent experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems
• Having experience in a warehouse environment would be an added advantage
• Have experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and controlling system
• Have strong knowledge in repairing mechanical parts e.g. Conveyor belt, roller, barring etc.
• Able to read and utilize mechanical & electrical schematics to assist in troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and electronic components
• Able to multitask, prioritize workloads and work in a dynamic environment
• Have knowledge in Warehouse Controlling Systems
• Good in Material Flow Control software
• Have knowledge and experience in Integration solutions with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, travel is required
• Working Location: Butterworth, Penang/Tasek, Perak
