Job Description


Job Responsibility To provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries. To provide hands-on technical support and various type of POS terminal training to clients. To load and configure software for POS terminal. To perform POS terminal installation and support at customer site. Troubleshoot and repair POS terminal if required. Responsible to undertake special duties which may assign by Superior. Able to take shift, work overtime, weekends or public holidays if required. Job Requirements Must possess own transport. Must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in IT, Engineering or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A well-disciplined and right attitude employee . Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the team. Knowledge of POS Terminal is an added advantage. POS terminal training will be provided. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
