Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Technical Support * Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration, verification, etc * PM / Cal for all level equipment * Installation of equipment * Attend to break-fix and customer technical issue * Attend to customers\' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers\' satisfaction * Interact with customers\' technical teams * Develop customer\'s staff by providing technical training. * Self Improvement initiatives : commitment to complete assessment and training plan within timeline.
