Service Technician For Home Appliance (must Have Gdl License) At Johor Bahru
Job Description
Diagnose, repair, and maintain household electrical appliances (e.g. refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, air conditioners, etc.). Perform on-site installation and testing of appliances at customer locations. Pick up and deliver appliances safely using a company vehicle (GDL license required). Identify faulty parts and recommend repair or replacement solutions. Maintain accurate records of service, parts used, and customer interactions. Ensure all work complies with safety and operational standards. Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair details clearly. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in appliance repair/installation.
Valid GDL license
(required for driving company van/truck). Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and tools. Able to work independently and attend to service calls at various locations. Good physical condition (able to lift and handle appliances). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
