Attend to break-fix and customer technical issue
Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, calibration, verification, etc
Attend to customers\' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers\' satisfaction
Interact with customers\' technical teams
Develop customer\'s staff by providing technical training.

What You Need to Succeed
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
At least 2-3 years working experience in a Service environment
Self-starter with a proactive approach
Possess own transport and willing to travel
