Job Brief:
We are hiring Service Technician who will provide service during site visits with installation, repair, spotting fault and deciding the right solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- To report any irregular installation request
- To complete the job assigned (Install, After Sales, Repossession, Return)
- Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
- Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device
- Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule based on customer appointment
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
Job Requirements:
- This position will be based in Kuching, Sarawak.
- Candidate should possess SPM/Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic)
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Good communication skills in Malay, English language for both spoken and written
- 2 Contract positions available
