Job Description
Job Brief:We are hiring Service Technician who will provide service during site visits with installation, repair, spotting fault and deciding the right solutions.Job Details & Justification:Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment.To report any irregular installation requestTo complete the job assigned (Install, After Sales, Repossession, Return)Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctlyEducating the client on how to use and maintain their deviceDiagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair themBuild and maintain relationships with customersAbility to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule based on customer appointmentMust be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces Job Requirement:This position will be based in PerakCandidate should possess SPM/Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic)Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.Good communication skills in Malay, English language for both spoken and written1 Contract positions available
