Service Technician (printer)

Job Description
Location: Tebrau, Johors:
- Provide technical support and servicing for barcode equipment, including printers and scanners, at customer locations.
- Perform on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and testing tasks.
- Identify and diagnose technical issues or errors, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Offer suitable recommendations based on customers requirements.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Prepare and deliver detailed and timely service reports.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
- Collect information on competitorsxe2x80x99 products (labels, ribbons, and printers) and outdated printer models.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.
- Strong service orientation.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting skills.
- Possess own transport.
