Provide after sales service to in-warranty and out-warranty complaints
To plan, execute, and review all field complaints daily
Proactively in resolving all service complaints professionally towards achieving service set targets
Extend excellent customer service to both internal & external customers.
Communicate with relevant departments to resolve all complaints
Exercise great care and safeguard customers\' property/assets when providing product complaint/warranty services.
Exercise great care for all tools/items assigned and maintain them in good working order at all times.
Document, Consolidate, Compile service data as per given format or template.
Maintenance of company van in good working order - including renewal of Road Tax, insurance, etc.
Maintenance & safekeeping of all tools provided by the company.
Housekeeping of Service/Workshop section/dept.
Ensure staffs practice Safety at all times in resolving customers\' complaints
Assist in spare parts stock checking, arrangement, loading & unloading to dealers\' vehicles and/or from transporters to spare parts Store Section.
Abide the SOPP as provided.
To safeguard of company property and its premise.
Job Requirements:
Certificate / Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or any other relevant engineering discipline
Prefer candidates with relevant working experience (1-2 years)
Preferably possess knowledge in air conditioning
Fresh graduate are highly encourage to apply
