Job Scopes:
Diagnose and identify faults with smartphones
Perform repairs and maintenance on smartphones, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and software troubleshooting
Provide excellent customer service and advice to customers
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all repair work carried out
Stay up-to-date with the latest smartphone technologies and repair techniques
Requirements
Possess at least Diploma / Degree
Minimum 1 year of related working experience
Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
