Job Description

:

Installation and Assembly:

To install and test new equipment and machinery to ensure proper function.

Maintenance and Repair:

To perform routine maintenance, diagnose technical issues, and repair or replace faulty parts in various systems.

Troubleshooting:

To identify and resolve problems in equipment and machinery.

Technical Support:

They provide technical guidance and support to customers or/and colleagues.

Record Keeping:

To maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

Customer Service:

To communicate with customers about issues and ensure satisfaction with after-sales service. To manage ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD if neccesary.

Job Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on technical expertise. Excellent communication, customer orientation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, structured, and goal-driven. Willingness to travel extensively across Malaysia if necessary. Company vehicle will be provided. Candidates with

more than 1 year of experience

in service roles. Open to fresh graduates to apply as well.

Required Languages:

Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is additional advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
