Our client is a MNC company, which offers solutions in the oil-hydraulic segment, with a large portfolio of products for various segments ranging from agriculture to the oil industry is looking for Service Technician, based in Ipoh, Perak. Candidates will be trained in Malaysia and eventually in Argentina and Brazil in new technologies in Malaysia such as pressure agriculture, mechanics, hydraulics, and computers for the control of our machines for agricultural mechanization.Job scope:1. Acquire knowledge & develop competencies on companys products.2. Troubleshoot & repair equipment at customers premises.3. Share info with colleagues in the team.4. Deal with customers professionally & ensure that they are attended to promptly.5. Keep customers happy.6. Use any opportunities available to promote the companys products to customers.7. Provide service reports to management.8. Any ad hoc task given by management.Requirements:1. Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering.2. Experience: at least 2 years hands-on experience in handling repairs of equipment for plantations & farms.3. Willing to be based in Ipoh.4. Willing to travel on site to customers place for repairs.Salary: RM & Benefits: 5-day week, allowances, phone line, performance bonus, etcJob Type: Full-timeSalary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:
