What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Preparing and serving menu items in a timely and presentable manner Handling cash and credit card transactions with precision (for cashier role) Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised dining area Assisting with kitchen duties as required Handle reservations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting

Able to follow shift hours (until 2am)

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service SPM graduates with good attitude are welcomed to apply
