About the Role

We are seeking a

ServiceNow Administrator

to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth operations and support our business objectives. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, enhancing platform capabilities, and providing user support and training.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management:

Maintain the stability and performance of the ServiceNow instance, including upgrades, patches, and system optimization.

Configuration & Development:

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules according to business requirements, and develop functionalities such as workflows, scripts, and reports.

User Support & Training:

Provide technical support to internal users, conduct training sessions, and prepare relevant system documentation.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience through platform enhancements and automation.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum

1 year

of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration or development.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and proficiency in

JavaScript

,

GlideRecord

, and related ServiceNow development tools.

Certification:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Bonus Points

Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems or tools. Knowledge of

ITIL framework

and IT service management processes.
