The introduction and operation of innovative digital solutions is key for our success and a great customer experience. With ServiceNow, BASF uses an integrated state-of-the-art user support platform for internal support, incorporating and enhancing lots of digitalization opportunities.
About the Job: In this role, you will design and implement ServiceNow based solutions which BASF requires to support internal users and drive our self-service strategy.
