Location: Kuala Lumpur

s:

• Assist with business analysis and software development for ServiceNow solutions.
• Responsibilities include customer meetings, following up on technical inquiries, presentations, RFP answers, proposal writing, proof of concept, custom solution design, system documentation, and translating business demands into technological requirements.
• Create bespoke ServiceNow solutions.
• Define client needs, including business requirements, process, and how ServiceNow solutions would bring value to it.
• Respond to technical inquiries about ServiceNow solutions, as well as queries about integration and the impact of the solutions on other systems.
• Carry out proof of concept activities for the customer on the ServiceNow system, including user acceptability testing.
• Cover all development work required to fully install the ServiceNow solution, including business analysis, customization, development, and testing.

Job Requirements:

• A candidate with Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Who are we looking for:

• A candidate with a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer science, information technology, or equivalent field is required.
• Minimum 3 or more years of experience in business analysis and software development work for ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent in configuration management, service mapping and CMDB, workflow creation, consultancy, business rules. catalog client scripts
• ITIL v3 or v4 are the added advantages
• Applicable for Malaysian citizen
