Services and Portfolio Manager

Our Team:

Data Process and Automation CoE (DPA) is a key pillar of the Automation CoE within Sanofi Business Services. Besides data analytics, the wider team\xe2\x80\x99s scope is comprised of Master Data Management, Process Intelligence (Process Management and Process Analytics) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The Data is primarily responsible for building and maintaining Data Visualization and Governance services in the finance domain. Currently based in Budapest and Kuala Lumpur, now due to growth in analytics we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to establish a branch in Hyderabad.

Main responsibilities:

Service Management

  • Drive the Service Management for Center of Excellence (CoE) with focus on Data Analytics and -Management
  • Identify and design E2E Services like, Dashboarding, KPIs and SLAs Visualisation, Data Catalogue e.t.c.
  • Monitor industry trends and competition to identify areas for business expansion and differentiation
  • Yearly evaluation of the offered services, checking effectiveness, risks, and opportunities for future services
Demand Management
  • Develop a demand management framework and processes to initiate and prioritize Projects for CoE
  • Design and implement a Service strategy to expand the customer base and to increase Value of CoE
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, objectives, and priorities
  • Promote services through various channels, such as presentations and workshops.
Communication
  • Proactively communicate updates, progress, and potential challenges to stakeholders in a clear manner
  • Identify success stories and create reports on the value provided by our services
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness and impact of deployed dashboards
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and agility to adapt to changing market
About you
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master\'s is a plus.
  • Proven experience in demand management, service ownership or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and experience in startup environments.
  • Consulting experience, either in a consulting firm or as an internal consultant, is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive results in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and business case development.
