Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

We are currently looking for an experienced Services Project Manager to join our SEA Services team. The person must be based and willing to work from Kuala Lumpur or Penang (Malaysia). As Services Project Manager, you hold the responsibility to consult & lead the internal and external stakeholders to a successful implementation of our products and solutions globally. Possess a proactive attitude towards the implementation projects. The Services Project Manager will be reporting to the Head of SEA Services.

Responsibilities:

Leading from initiation \xe2\x80\x93 development \xe2\x80\x93 delivery to customer.

Manage project scope, schedule, cost, resources, with good leadership and coordination for internal and external team.

Make sure delivery excellence, complete project with high quality, within the planned schedule and budget.

Engage in service selling and cost estimation, working with eco system for business development.

Undertake any other duties required by the company.

Adhere to, and promote, all core internal and customer processes relating to the effective undertaking of the role.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Information Technology or System, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in MES and/or PLM Solution implementation with at least 3+ years of experience in related IT project management.
• Familiar with software engineering and deployment methodology.
• IT Project Management experience in Manufacturing Industry domain (will be an added value).
• PMP Certified (will be preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office, include MS Project.
• Self-driven, motivated, capable of working under pressure, and result-oriented.
• Demonstrate creativity, good decision making and good strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Negotiation and objection & conflicts handling skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and self-motivated.
• Willing to work hard and face challenge.
• Ability to travel within short notice and onsite for a period of time.
