SFE Manager (MY,SG)
The SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) Manager is responsible to ensure core commercial digital platform such as Veeva CRM, Commercial Report, Field Force Plan of Action (POA), IQVIA, Infrared, etc, are always operating at optimum level. He/She also need to ensure adoption and provide business Insight, reporting solutions, aligning local industry standards with regional guidelines, developing platform/report/analytic according to business needs/dynamic which include but not limited to: CRM Execution and Adoption, Field Force Sizing, Segmentation & Targeting, Resource Allocation analytics, Sales Target Setting, Monitoring Execution KPIs and Field Force Reward & Recognition Scheme/Calculation. He/She also needs to collaborate with Local & Regional stakeholders to optimize business strategies.
