SFE Manager (MY,SG)

The SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) Manager is responsible to ensure core commercial digital platform such as Veeva CRM, Commercial Report, Field Force Plan of Action (POA), IQVIA, Infrared, etc, are always operating at optimum level. He/She also need to ensure adoption and provide business Insight, reporting solutions, aligning local industry standards with regional guidelines, developing platform/report/analytic according to business needs/dynamic which include but not limited to: CRM Execution and Adoption, Field Force Sizing, Segmentation & Targeting, Resource Allocation analytics, Sales Target Setting, Monitoring Execution KPIs and Field Force Reward & Recognition Scheme/Calculation. He/She also needs to collaborate with Local & Regional stakeholders to optimize business strategies.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of Veeva CRM Modules and Functionalities:

  • Has high level knowledge of all Bayer enabled modules and functionalities in Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC), Veeva Align, Veeva Network, Veeva iRep, Data Management Administration Center (DMAC), Xsight, Jira/IT4U and POA.
  • Collaborate with Global or Regional to ensure all CRM functionalities are implemented and utilized accordingly.
  • Drives continuous upskilling of all stakeholders regarding functionality, optimal usage, release changes and best-practice processes.
  • Working closely with IMCM/Data Steward to monitor and manage in Field Force Effectiveness KPIs.
Drive Multi-Channel Execution Plan and Monitor Performance:
  • Continuously monitors Veeva platform usage and finds opportunity areas to enhance utilization and adoption of the platform features.
  • Ensure usage of Veeva Align functionality for optimal territory management and Multi-Channel Cycle Plan (MCCP) is updated quarterly.
  • Coordinates MCCP update together with Data Steward and FLSMs via Territory Feedback function
  • Trains and aligns all stakeholders on MCCP execution, monitoring and deviation management.
Responsible for Business Intelligence and Local KPI Dashboards to Drive Performance and Execution:
  • Provide Field Force with clear definition of KPIs for both Sales and CRM execution after aligning with Commercial Excellence Head and Business Unit Heads.
  • Provide reporting solutions like Xsight, Tableau and other self-service tools (Regional or Global) or other ad-hoc reports where global solutions do not suffice.
  • Provide guidance on analyzing reports, flagging issues and creating solutions on how to improve the outcomes.
Drive Local Data Strategy, Validation and Architecture Initiatives:
  • Together with IMCM Manager and Data Stewards to create and enhance overall data provision and ensure meaningful reports are made available.
  • Partners with IT and external vendors (example: Tinoss/IQVIA/Zuellig/H-Research/IPSOS) as needed to develop monitoring or insight generating reports as needed by the business.
Implement SFE Initiatives including but not limited to Deployment, Segmentation & Targeting, Call Planning and Incentive Design:
  • Driving SFE processes backed by strong data, insights and process rigor.
  • Drives standardization of SFE tools, analytical methods, performance metrics and dashboards.
  • Implements a strong cadence of data-based review of deployment, size, structure, territory design and productivity assessment.
  • Implements simple, engaging and insight-based sales incentive plans backed by strong hypothesis testing, industry benchmarking and field force engagement studies.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • Min 3-5 years\' experience in business intelligence/commercial effectiveness (SFE) or related area
  • Preferred: experience in SFE (pharma/nutrition/FMCG/ consulting), Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing experience a plus
  • Preferred: Flair for IT tools and marketing experience
  • Good in analytical and business solutions
  • Good in project management
  • Fluency in English writing and speaking
  • High resilience and agility
  • Strategic mindset
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling skills, creative in problem solving
  • Experience SFE/BI/CRM knowledge and capabilities
  • Proven track record of project and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to think strategically and act operationally
