Our client, manufacturing of fine and specialty chemical which includes cosmetic active ingredients, personal care ingredients, synthetic perfume, and formula applications, is currently looking for

QA Executive

for their new plant in

Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Key Responsibilities

Set annual goals and action plans aligned with the departments development objectives. Break down plans into executable and measurable tasks Develop and maintain an audit plan in compliance with ISO standards and internal documentation requirements Coordinate third-party certifications or supervisory audits annually as required by relevant certification bodies Investigate and analyze customer complaints and quality issues, ensuring effective tracking and resolution Analyze quality data, prepare reports and materials for quality meetings, and facilitate inter-departmental problem-solving for major quality concerns. Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on resolutions Coordinate internal confirmations and preparations for customer-requested quality audits based on business and operational data Conduct quality system training and onboarding sessions for new employees to build awareness and ensure compliance

Requirements

Bachelors Degree or higher in Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or a related scientific field Minimum of 5 years experience in QA/QC within the chemical, pharmaceutical, or related industries. Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, GMP standards, and quality audits Strong knowledge of GMP related practices, particularly in cleaning validation, production verification, and similar processes Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
