Main Responsibilities:
Support students during lessons, activities, and transitions.
Assist with schoolwork, reading, and Quran recitation programs.
Encourage positive behavior and manage challenging situations calmly.
Help students follow classroom routines and participate in group learning.
Track and record progress based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Communicate effectively with teachers and parents about each child's development.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
Prior experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and adaptability.
